All properties sold by LandCo Holdings LLC are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied regarding zoning, utilities, access, soil condition, or future land use.

All sales are final upon execution of the purchase agreement and receipt of payment. Buyer is responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to purchase.

​

Closing is handled through a licensed third-party title company. Deed transfer occurs upon receipt of full payment and completion of closing documents.

​

Document preparation and closing coordination fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in writing prior to the execution of any purchase agreement.

LandCo Holdings LLC acts as principal in all transactions — we are the direct seller, not a broker or agent representing a third party.

Refund Policy

All land sales are final. Due to the nature of real estate transactions, LandCo Holdings LLC does not offer refunds once a purchase agreement has been executed and payment has been received.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to complete all due diligence — including review of zoning, access, utilities, and title — prior to executing any purchase agreement.

​

In the event that LandCo Holdings LLC is unable to deliver clear title at closing, the buyer will receive a full refund of all payments made. This is the sole condition under which a refund will be issued.
